We are an authorized ‘’Biologique Recherche’’ retailer and offer our guests to purchase the range as well as experience personalized face and body treatments.
Our therapists are professionally trained to analyze your skin type to identify its unique requirements for building a personalized skincare routine from a wide range of ‘’Biologique Recherche’’ products.

SPA ETIQUETTE
To ensure you enjoy your experience with us to the fullest, we invite you to familiarise yourself with the SPA PACAI etiquette.
ARRIVAL & BOOKINGS
We highly recommend booking your SPA treatments in advance and arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time.
LATENESS & CANCELLATION
Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid charges. Guests who do not arrive at the reserved time will be charged the full treatment fee. If you are late for your treatment, the session will be shortened and will end at the scheduled time.
MINIMUM AGE
The minimum age to access the SPA is 16 years. A parent or guardian must accompany children under this age.
MOBILE PHONES
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, mobile phones must be kept on silent in the SPA area. Photography and videography are only permitted with the consent of other guests and SPA personnel.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
SPA PACAI is not responsible for any personal or valuable items left in the SPA area or lockers.
