Front Office Agent

The front agent position is a key part of the overall success of the Hotel PACAI.

This is the first and last person a guest comes in contact with.

It is very important that the individual possesses a strong outgoing personality, with an ability to pay close attention to details.

The successful candidate will be able to work well with others, while demonstrating an ability to work unsupervised.

Job Description

Welcome customers and guests, process visitor check-in and check-out information.
Monitor property occupancy and manage routine operations; this involves administering hotel policies fairly and consistently, and completing related documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assign rooms and suites to guests, accommodate special requests whenever possible.
Coordinate room status updates with the Housekeeping Department by notifying them of late check-outs, early check-ins and special requests.
Take payments and post accurately to guest accounts. Handle incoming telephone calls and other guest communication in a discreet fashion.
Keep your work area and space clean and orderly.
Resolve customer issues & complaints, describe details of services and amenities to guests. Guest recommendations about local highlights.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Previous hospitality experience preferred;
Strong communication skills in English;
Ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment;
Demonstrate strong customer service skills;
Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, nights and public holidays;
Basic knowledge of hotel operations & computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Opera.

SPA Therapist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform various SPA PACAI procedures (face and body procedures with Biologique Recherche cosmetics, massages, rituals and hammam procedure);

• Listen, recognize and properly respond to customer needs;

• Professionally recommend personalized face/body programs and products, answer customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in face and body treatments, massages (at least 2 years);

• Education corresponding to the qualification, massage course certificates;

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, positive attitude and patience;

• Be able to communicate freely in English.

Luggage Porter and Doorman

Hotel PACAI, a 5 Star Boutique Hotel in a historical building in Vilnius Old Town is currently recruiting for a Luggage Porter and Doorman to join our friendly team.

Your main responsibility as a Luggage Porter is to work closely with Front Office Team and take directions from them. You will welcome and assist all of the guests to the hotel and help them with any enquiries and requests that they may have. Understanding what it means to deliver exceptional customer service and be able to exceed guest’s expectations is imperative to this role. You should have a warm, friendly and welcoming manner, and genuinely care about the guest experience.

As a Luggage Porter or Doorman, it is essential for you to have a full clean and valid driving license which allows you to drive in Lithuania.

Good spoken English is needed.

Main Duties:

Complete descriptive and inspirational rooming procedures for the guests
Carry guest’s luggage into the hotel and up to the allocated room
Valet parking
Ensure that the luggage room is tidy and organized
Arrange transport for guests when required
Help guests with directions and assist with any requests
Be confident about new openings and ‘places to be seen’ in Vilnius
Work flexible hours
