Conditions

• the gift voucher confirms the gift voucher holder's right to use services for the amount specified in the gift voucher;

• gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated; 

• this gift voucher can be used only once before its expiry date; 

• if the coupon is not used before its expiration date - the extension of the reservation is not possible and it is considered that the service has been used; 

• in order to use the gift voucher, advance reservation of services is required, which can be done by sending an e-mail reservations@hotelpacai.com;

• reservations are accepted based on hotel, restaurant or spa availability;

• if the price of the desired services exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the difference must be covered by the holder of the gift voucher; 

• if the gift voucher holder purchases services for a lower amount than specified in the gift voucher, the balance is not refunded to the gift voucher holder; 

• a VAT invoice is not issued when selling a gift voucher. Only after using the gift voucher, i.e. after providing services, the provision of such services is formalized with a VAT invoice; 

• the gift voucher cannot be exchanged for money, other items and services, and is non-refundable.
