Terms & Conditions

The gift certificate entitles the holder to services up to the specified value. It can only be used once and must be redeemed before the expiration date.

Extensions or refunds are not available if the certificate is not used by the expiration date, and it will be considered as having been fully utilized.

To redeem the certificate, an advance reservation is required. Reservations can be made by emailing reservations@hotelpacai.com and are subject to the availability of the hotel, restaurant, or spa.

If the chosen services exceed the value of the certificate, the holder must pay the difference. If the services cost less than the certificate 's value, no refund or credit will be given for the remaining balance.

No VAT invoice is issued when purchasing the gift certificate. A VAT invoice will be provided only after the services have been used.

The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, other items, or services, and is non-refundable.
