Terms and conditions

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE FOR YOUR RESERVATION  




By making a booking via our website, you also accept and agree with all terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions are standard within the hospitality industry.


Information on the Website

All information provided on this website is related to Hotel PACAI, managed by UAB Blendas Hotel Management. While we strive to keep all information accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee that everything is always correct. Therefore, we are not liable for any inconveniences, loss of revenue, or damages resulting from the use of the information provided on our website.

If you require specific information and cannot find it on our website, please contact us via the Contact section, and we will provide or update the necessary details promptly.


General Information

These terms apply to reservations made by individual guests. For group bookings (10 rooms or more), different terms may apply. Please contact us for group booking conditions.


Reservations

When booking a room, we require the guest's full name, address, check-in/check-out time, and payment method. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, valid through the departure date. Alternatively, we may require full or partial pre-payment.


Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations are free until 16:00, one day before arrival.
  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

A reservation becomes binding once confirmed verbally or in writing, and you receive a reservation confirmation number.


Group Bookings

For group bookings (10 rooms or more), separate terms apply. For more details, please contact our reservation team at reservations@hotelpacai.com or call +370 5 277 0000.


Pre-Authorization of Credit/Debit Card

A valid credit/debit card is required when making a reservation to guarantee it against late cancellations or no-shows. A pre-authorization will be placed on your card for the first night’s stay prior to your arrival. Upon check-in, this amount will be applied to your final bill.

We will also pre-authorize your card during check-in to cover the stay and any incidental charges during your stay (e.g., bar, restaurant, room service).


Security Deposit

Upon arrival, a security deposit is required to cover incidental charges (e.g., bar, restaurant, room service). The deposit can be made via credit/debit card or cash. If covered by cash, it will be refunded upon check-out, provided no additional charges have been incurred.

The hotel may use this deposit to cover any damages to the room or hotel premises or for additional cleaning required (e.g., smoking, pets). If any deposit is withheld, it will be communicated to you.


Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in: Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Exceptions to these times may apply. If the reserved room is unavailable upon arrival, we will provide an equivalent room at no extra cost.


Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be received by 16:00, 24 hours before the day of arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge for one night's accommodation.

Special Offers, Discounted Rates, and Packages may have different cancellation policies. Please verify these when booking.


Early Departure Policy

If you need to leave earlier than your original reservation, please inform the reception 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged an early departure fee, equivalent to one night's stay.


Book with Confidence

When booking directly with us, we guarantee no additional fees or commissions, and we aim to provide the best available price. We take the security of your personal data seriously and use appropriate measures to protect it.

Please note that we may outsource certain data processing functions to third parties. In such cases, we require third parties to follow strict security standards to protect your information.

Non-Smoking Policy

Our hotel is smoke-free, including guest rooms, public areas, bar, restaurant, and spa. This also applies to e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

A fee of 50% of one night's rate will be charged if smoking occurs in prohibited areas.


Photography/Videography Policy

Photos and videos taken at the property or from our website/materials may only be used for personal and non-commercial use. Hotel PACAI reserves the right to request the removal of any public content that violates these terms.

For commercial photography (e.g., weddings, product photoshoots), please seek approval from our Marketing Department.


Child Policy

Children of all ages are welcome.

  • Children may share their parents’ room at no extra charge. Baby cots are available on request, subject to availability.
  • Extra beds incur a charge.
  • Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult and cannot occupy rooms alone.

Pet Policy

We welcome small pets (up to 7kg/15lb) for an additional charge of 40 EUR per night. Pets are not permitted in the restaurant, bar, or spa areas.


Parking

Guests can park in the hotel courtyard or use valet parking.

  • Courtyard parking: 85 EUR per day.
  • Valet parking: 50 EUR per day.

Airport Transfers

We offer airport transfers from Vilnius Airport for 45 EUR. The driver will meet you at your designated exit with a sign displaying your name. Please provide your contact number for coordination.

Cancellation of transfers must be made at least 8 hours in advance. A 45-minute waiting time is included in the price.


Vilnius City Tax

A 2 EUR per person, per night city tax applies and is not included in the room rate. This will be added to your invoice.


Liability

Hotel PACAI is committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. However, we are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay, whether the items are in your room, lockers, public areas, parking lots, or other hotel facilities.

Guests are advised not to leave valuables unattended and to use the in-room safe. Please note that using the safe is at your own risk, and Hotel PACAI is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items stored in the safe.

Items accidentally left behind at the hotel will be kept for 30 days. After this period, we reserve the right to dispose of or destroy them, with no liability for any loss or damage.

Hotel PACAI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of profits, data, or other financial losses, resulting from loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property.

In cases of force majeure (unforeseen events beyond our control), the hotel is not liable for partial or complete non-performance of the contract. This includes, but is not limited to, events caused by third parties, government measures, or acts of nature such as strikes, lockouts, floods, fires, or terrorist attacks.

By booking a stay or visiting any of Hotel PACAI’s venues, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.


Other Conditions

The hotel reserves the right to apply special terms during holidays, special events, or based on seasonality.
