Job Responsibilities

  • Clean hotel rooms according to established standards;

  • Change towels and bed linens;
  • Replenish toiletries and other guest amenities in rooms;
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.

  • Previous housekeeping or similar experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Guest Services Agent (Front Desk Receptionist)

We are currently looking for a Guest Services Agent to provide exceptional guest service, handle inquiries and concerns, and help create a memorable experience for our hotel guests.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and manage the check-in and check-out process.

  • Monitor hotel occupancy and ensure the smooth execution of daily operations in accordance with established procedures.
  • Assign guest rooms and suites based on guest preferences and special requests.
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team regarding late check-outs, early arrivals, and other guest needs.
  • Process payments and ensure accurate posting to guest accounts.
  • Professionally and discreetly handle telephone calls and other guest inquiries.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Promote the hotel's services and provide guests with information and recommendations about local attractions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and work area.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office and Opera PMS.
  • A responsible, detail-oriented, and organized approach to work.

What We Offer

  • Hourly wage of €9.00–€10.00 (gross).
